Hello there! I'm Annika - your event planner and project manager. My love of event planning and design began in college. I majored in theater and dance, while competing in pageants as a hobby. Little did I know this would be the spark leading to my current career as an event planner. I remember learning how to hang set lights in stage design class or being on stage in evening gown competition looking around at the moving led lights behind me thinking, “Wow, that’s cool!”
I completed a Bachelor of Professional Studies at The University of Memphis with a focus in Theater and Dance, as well as a Master of Science in Management and a Master of Science in Project Management with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I’m a former dancer for the NBA's Memphis Grizzlies and I’ve choreographed for several professional organizations.
I enjoy volunteering in my spare time and recently launched a nonprofit called The Global Citizen Collective. In addition to my philanthropic efforts, I worked as a production assistant with Miss Universe Iceland and Miss Earth USA. I have traveled over a dozen countries and enjoy volunteering during my travels. Today I use my education and experience to create memorable events. I look forward to working with you!
